Grass-Fed Tomahawk Stake & Eggs

Steak and eggs is a classic and one of my personal favorites, but when we use Grass-fed beef, Free-range organic eggs, Grass-fed lard, and some organic salsa verde we can turn this 10 of a dish into a solid 20.


Ingredients:

  • 1.5-pound Grass Fed bone-in tomahawk steak

  • 2 seven-minute eggs (eggs boiled for seven minutes)

  • Two generous tbsp of lard

  • Salt & Pepper


For the salsa verde:

  • 1 bunch parsley

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 3-5 cloves of garlic

  • 1-2 tbsp of fresh ginger

  • 1 whole serrano chile

  • 1 avocado

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Sherry vinegar (or vinegar of choice)


Adjust seasoning on this salsa verde to match your liking and make it your own!
