Grass-Fed Tomahawk Stake & Eggs

Steak and eggs is a classic and one of my personal favorites, but when we use Grass-fed beef, Free-range organic eggs, Grass-fed lard, and some organic salsa verde we can turn this 10 of a dish into a solid 20.
Ingredients:
1.5-pound Grass Fed bone-in tomahawk steak
2 seven-minute eggs (eggs boiled for seven minutes)
Two generous tbsp of lard
Salt & Pepper
For the salsa verde:
1 bunch parsley
1/4 red onion
3-5 cloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp of fresh ginger
1 whole serrano chile
1 avocado
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Sherry vinegar (or vinegar of choice)
Adjust seasoning on this salsa verde to match your liking and make it your own!
