Guava Dressing

The only thing summer salads need is this dressing. Heat calls for guava and we’ve got the best guava around thanks to @pastelguayaba. Do not hesitate to try this at home with any fruit/greens salad, and make sure to put your own twist into it!

Ingredientes:

• 3/4 cup guava purée

• 1 small shallot

• 1 tbsp dijon mustard

• 1/4 + 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

• 2 tbsp honey

• 1/3 cup olive oil

• Salt to taste
