Ranch Chicken & Peas

Ingredients:
Chicken leg, deboned skin on 2 tbsp butter
2-4 oz @swrfarmersmarket Raw cream
1 Tbsp sofrito
1 Tbsp smooth dijon mustard
1 cup ap flour
4 tbsp homemade ranch powder
1 cup peas
1 purple sweet potato
Salt
Directions:
1. Break down your chicken and debone your legs, save the bones for stock!
2. Boil water alongside your sweet potatoes until cooked through, and set aside.
3. Season your legs with salt and dredge in a ranch powder/ flour mixture.
4. Add a tbsp of butter to your pan on medium heat and add your chicken skin side down, cook until crisp and flip it, finishing cooking the meat side. Take out of the pan.
5. On the same pan add your dijon mustard, sofito, and cook down. Add your cream and cook until you get the desired consistency, finish by adding peas and warming them up in the sauce, and add a pinch of ranch powder.
6. Mash your sweet potatoes alongside some salt and butter.
7. Serve and ENJOY!
