Spicy Peanut Horchata & Almond Foam

This delicious sugar-free version of horchata might not be the most classic one but its just as good and guilt free!



Ingredients:

100g rice

100g peanuts (trader joes spicy peanuts)

4 each cardamom

450g milk

1 Cinamon stick

Honey

Ground cinnamon for garnish

Frothed almond milk


Directions:

1. Toast your rice, cardamon, cinnamon, and peanuts over medium heat and turn off the pot.


2. Add your milk then let your mixture rest overnight in the fridge.


3. Blend your mixture and add honey (it can also be substituted with condensed milk) and strain with a nut bag squeezing until no liquid comes out of the mixture.


4. Served chilled and garnish with ground cinnamon.
