Caramelized Banana Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup Strained yogurt

1-2 ripe bananas

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp bourbon

Cinnamon

Coconut oil

Cocoa powder



This one is easy, cook the bananas with the coconut oil, vanilla and cinnamon, then deglaze with the bourbon cook down and strain when done.



Mix your bananas with your yogurt, chill it, put some of the oil on top alongside some cocoa powder and ENJOY!
